AA Truck Sleepers and Coronavirus (COVID-19) March 20, 2020

A message to our Valued Customers and Partners:

On behalf of the Team here at AA Truck Sleeper we sincerely hope you have been safe during a very trying time in dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

We are all part of a Transportation Industry that is at the forefront of delivering vital supplies at this time.  Whether it be delivering critical health care items or needed food stores, disinfectants and other key parts and components, our industry is on the front lines for supporting our Nation and greater North America at a time of great need.

However, we all need to be vigilant at this time to stay safe in the face of increasing danger.  We are committed to meeting the guidelines that have been put forth by the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) for mitigating the risks to our employees, customers and all visitors to our facilities.  Accordingly, we are asking for your cooperation with protecting yourself and our Team.

PHONE CALL FIRST.  We are asking that if you arrive in our parking lot at AA Truck Sleeper, then please call our main phone number (817)834-4781 before entering the building.  If you need to purchase Service Items or have an easier Service Repair need, then you may not need to even enter the building at all. We will either direct you inside to the appropriate area or we may deliver what is needed to you right in your truck, if possible.  

PRECAUTIONS.  We are doing our best be very diligent in cleaning and disinfecting common areas at our facility, including restrooms, counter areas, desks, doors, customer lounge, etc.  Furthermore, our employees have been instructed to pay particular attention to touch point areas in trucks including cleaning door handles, countertops, steering wheels, and other hard surfaces.

CUSTOMER AMENITIES.  Our customer waiting areas remain open and available for your use.  We should all work together to follow CDC guidelines for social distancing by maintaining a safe six (6) foot distance from one another whenever possible.  However, if you have the opportunity to drop off your truck for service, then that would be preferred. As always, we will work with you to make your Service Experience the best that it can be.

HIGH RISK VISITORS.  Within the last 14 days have you have travelled to any of the following  foreign countries where the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been particularly severe (China, Italy, Japan, Iran or South Korea)?  Or, are you experiencing a fever or other symptoms that could be indicative of COVID-19? If that is the case, then we will ask that respect the risk that this poses to our employees and visitors and kindly exit our facility and consult with a health care professional.  Although our expertise is in building the Best Custom Sleepers on the road, we are not equipped to handle a visitor with a potentially life-threatening medical condition.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.  By working together we can work to follow CDC guidelines and recommendations and mitigate our mutual risks in the face of this challenging time.
